You will need

3 small bowls
spoon or spatula
plastic wrap

Ingredients

  • 3 thin slices of Sushi Grade Salmon
  • 3 thin slices of Sushi Grade Sea Bream
  • 2 Boiled shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of Japanese radish – cut it into fine stripes
  • 2 tablespoons of carrot – cut it into fine stripes
  • 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
  • 1/4 ginger – cut it into fine and small stripes
  • lettuce – for decoration

* Fish of your preference. Double check if its suitable for dogs to eat.

Instructions

Sushi Balls

1. Prepare sushi fish and slice them into thin layers. Adjust the size depending on how big your dog is. (especially for toy-dogs and small dogs)
2. Put cooked rice into a small bowl, add rice vinegar and mix it well.
3. Cut plastic wrap and place it on another small bowl.
4. Place sushi fish first then sushi rice. Wrap it up to create a ball shape.
Vegetable Sushi Balls
1. Cut Japanese radish and carrot into fine stripes.
2. Add vegetable and apple vinegar in a bowl and mix it well.
3. Cut plastic wrap and place it on another small bowl.
4. Place marinated vegetable mix then sushi rice. Wrap it up to create a ball shape. Try to cover the rice with marinated vegetable.
